The sea hides the stars

The sea looks like an infinite expanse. Remon is 14 years old and for days is on a boat, cold and hungry. He is afraid, but look at the sky and entrusts to the stars the most important thing for him: the dream of freedom of him. He doesn't know where he is headed. He knows well from what he is fleeing. From the town of him, Egypt, and by violence against Coptic Christians who changed his life suddenly. It was forced to escape without saying goodbye to his family, so far away now that an unknown land welcomes him: Italy. Remon doesn't expect much. Yet miracles can happen. Enough affection of unexpected friends. Just the support of teachers who believe in you. Just a passion for the study. Remon day after day finds hope and smile. Without forgetting where he comes from. But strong of a new discovery: sometimes even from the sea you can get up in flight.
